WHO: Quiktrak is the premiere asset verification company in the USA, and operates internationally in the United Kingdom as well as in Canada. We have been in this business since 1991, and our corporate office is located near Portland, Oregon. Quiktrak is retained by banks, financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies to perform floor plan audits and collateral inspections.
WHAT: This work is performed by independent contractors. The contracts involve the physical verification of assets and serial numbers in addition to whatever reports and/or other documentation that our clients require. This equipment can include vehicles such as motorcycles, cars & RV’s, tractors and other farm related implements as well as computers and other business related items.
WHERE: Contract locations will vary depending upon client, however, you are able to accept or decline any contract offer.
WHEN: Audit and/or inspection times can vary, yet typically can be completed within a few hours and are performed Monday thru Friday during regular business hours.
WHY: Quiktrak’s role in this industry is intended to prevent fraud from occurring and to minimize risk or financial loss for our clients through the verification of assets and the utilization of technology designed for this purpose.
TOOLS: Contractors will need a computer with internet access & reliable transportation as well as a cell phone and a digital camera. In addition to these items, a fax machine, scanner & a compatible PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) are advisable. The PDA will be required due to Quiktrak’s contractual obligations with its clients; however, our company currently has a program that can be explained further in the event that you do not have your own.
PAYMENT: Contract fees begin at $30 and can increase to hundreds of dollars depending upon a variety of factors such as time service, distance, audit / unit quantity, etc.
