We do equipment and business verifications, and door knocks. Our fees range from $25 for a quick, 10 minute doorknock to $50 for a regular equipment (equipment, serial number and site photos) or business verification.  Fees may vary with length of time projected on site and amount of equipment to be inspected.  We do not pay extra for tolls or parking in metro areas. We are looking for someone local to this area, as most of our requests are 24 hour turnaround.

As an Insurance Inspector, under contract to InspekTech, you work from your home office and travel to the insured sites as they are assigned to you in your home vicinity, or if you prefer, there is an opportunity to work in other areas of the province one or two weeks at a time, with all expenses paid.

You evaluate hazards, inspect dwellings and business premises, measure and calculate square footage, draw diagrams, take digital photos, and make recommendations, in order to provide information for insurance companies.  Reports and high resolution photographs are uploaded to our servers for distribution to our clients in real time.

WHAT: This work is performed by independent contractors. The
contracts involve the physical verification of assets and serial
numbers in addition to whatever reports and/or other documentation
that our clients require. This equipment can include vehicles such as
motorcycles, cars & RV’s, tractors and other farm related implements
as well as computers and other business related items.

WHERE: Contract locations will vary depending upon client, however,
you are able to accept or decline any contract offer.

WHEN: Audit and/or inspection times can vary, yet typically can be
completed within a few hours and are performed Monday thru Friday
during regular business hours.

WHY: Quiktrak’s role in this industry is intended to prevent fraud
from occurring and to minimize risk or financial loss for our clients
through the verification of assets and the utilization of technology
designed for this purpose.

TOOLS: Contractors will need a computer with internet access &
reliable transportation as well as a cell phone and a digital camera.
In addition to these items, a fax machine, scanner & a compatible PDA
(Personal Digital Assistant) are advisable. The PDA will be required
due to Quiktrak’s contractual obligations with its clients; however,
our company currently has a program that can be explained further in
the event that you do not have your own.

PAYMENT: Contract fees begin at $32 and can increase to hundreds of
dollars depending upon a variety of factors such as time service,
distance, audit / unit quantity, etc.
