Inspection fee’s range between $40-$50 dollars per inspection.

What we need is a sample narrative. What we do is when we start
receiving work in your area there are a variety of individuals that
will assign that work. They pull up sample work from inspectors in
that area and of course the more qualified the inspector the more
work they receive and the overflow goes to the next qualified
inspector and so on. In some cases there is only one qualified
inspector in the area so they would get all the work. So in order to
receive work we need to have a sample narrative on file. The
narrative report can be you’re choosing it can be on a restaurant,
strip mall, day care, convenience store or any other operation of
your choice. Just make sure you have good loss control and
underwriting information that pertains to Commercial Insurance.
Finance, Merchant, or Mortgage inspections would not qualify.
